Learning Objectives:

Upon completion of this continuing education event, participants will be able to:

  1. Define culture from both a global and behavior-analytic perspective, identifying subcultures within family and professional units.
  2. Identify the components of the ICARE model and the Cultural Reflective Feedback Loop (CRFL).
  3. Describe the process of self-reflection as a problem-solving and decision-making practice.
  4. Differentiate between "convincing" a client and establishing a bidirectional partnership through reciprocity.
