I earned my PhD in Behavior Analysis from Western Michigan University and am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at the doctoral level (BCBA-D). I have over a decade of experience working with children and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including autism, across clinical and research settings. My work has focused on early intervention, reducing interfering behaviors, and promoting self-determination and autonomy.
I am currently a lecturer in the Special Education program at the University of Minnesota, where I teach in the MA in ABA program and support student training and fieldwork coordination.
